This website is operated by Jasmine Yoga & Wellbeing Limited ("Jasmine Yoga"). Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jasmine Yoga. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to comply with these Terms, including additional policies referenced herein or linked via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Our booking platform is hosted by Bookwhen, and our online store is hosted on Squarespace, the payment gateway is Stripe.
2. Online Store Terms
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws, including copyright laws.
You must not transmit any malicious code, including viruses or worms. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of services.
3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
4. Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee that the information on our site is accurate, complete, or current. It is provided for general information only and should not be solely relied upon.
We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without obligation to update information.
5. Modifications to Service and Prices
Prices for our products and services may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
6. Products and Services
Certain products and services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services at our discretion.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or images are completely accurate.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 Yoga Classes
You may transfer your booking to another class up to four hours before the start time.
Class cancellations:
Class pass holders: Cancellations at least four hours before class will be credited for future use.
Pay-as-you-go bookings: Non-refundable but transferable within the cancellation window.
7.2 Yoga & Wellbeing Events
Cancellations at least one week before the event: Full refund.
Cancellations within one week: Credit valid for six months or transfer to another event of equal value.
Cancellations within 24 hours: Non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
7.3 Yoga Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, deposits may be transferred to a future retreat.
7.4 Shop Purchases
30-day return policy: Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7.5 On-Demand Platform
Monthly subscription payments apply.
You can cancel at any time, with access remaining until the end of the current billing period.
8. Jasmine Yoga Retreats
1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your place (this is the same whether you are joining us for 2 nights or 3 nights)
The remaining balance must be paid in full 6-8 weeks before the start date. If you would like to pay in instalments please contact us and we can arrange with you (there is no charge for instalment paying).
If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
More than 16 weeks before retreat: We will transfer you to another retreat, but no refund is permitted on the deposit.
If you wish to cancel closer to the event, we are under no obligation to transfer your deposit to a future retreat.
Cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances: No automatic refund, but we may offer a partial credit or transfer in exceptional cases. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
3. Travel & Insurance
Travel to and from the retreat venue is the responsibility of the participant. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, illness, injury, and COVID-19-related disruptions.
Jasmine Yoga is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred due to missed transport connections.
4. Health & Wellbeing
By booking this retreat, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in yoga and wellness activities. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform us in advance.
Participation in all activities is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may arise during the retreat.
5. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Yoga and wellness activities involve some risk.
You waive liability claims against Jasmine Yoga.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of belongings.
6. Changes & Cancellations by Jasmine Yoga
If we cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund or transfer option.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or insurance.
7. Code of Conduct
This retreat is a respectful and inclusive environment. Any inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, discrimination, or disruption, may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund.
8. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Meals provided have a vegan & vegetarian option, we can cater to common dietary preferences with notice to the hotel. If you have specific allergies or intolerances, you must inform us at the time of booking.
We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
9. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For more details, please review our Refunds Policy found in “Section 7” of this document.
10. Third-Party Links & Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service
11. User Comments & Feedback
We may use any comments or feedback you provide without restriction.
We may remove unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content at our discretion.

13. Errors & Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site.
14. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful activities, including:
Violating laws or intellectual property rights.
Harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
Uploading malware or attempting to interfere with site functionality.
