Every woman experiences the transition into Perimenopause and Menopause in a unique way, personal experiences varying greatly from woman to woman.
Whether you feel energetic and vital, depleted and low, or if the way you feel changes frequently, we invite you to practise with us, as we give you the yoga tools to help you navigate through this stage of life.
We are committed in all our classes to helping you practice authentically; this means that you take exactly what you need from each practice, remembering that yoga offers you a more enriching way of being both on and off the yoga mat. Through our classes and events, you’ll be helped to support and stabilise both your body and nervous system through skilful and intuitive movements and breathwork.
It’s a very important stage of life, we’ll help you gain a strong body, to support the ‘you’ at this phase in your life today and into your future.

Yoga can help you find balance in your mind and body, as well as reducing isolation by helping you connect with other women in your community. We can offer you an informed yoga practice so you feel empowered to not only cope with the transitions you experience but also live your best life at this important time.
Classes and events will offer you personal insight into the changes you may experience in your body; the impact of hormonal fluctuations, associated physical and emotional changes and supportive options for managing symptoms.
Each class will offer enough variations for you to meet yourself where you are class by class. We’re committed to a philosophy of inclusivity for you to feel safe and supported as you navigate through your personal journey.

About Your Teacher
Jo is the founder of Jasmine Yoga, she has a passion and commitment to supporting every body through their yoga practice. She loves to welcome people into our Jasmine community and to see them grow in strength, flexibility and confidence. Many feel uncertain and self-conscious at first, but have flourished into happier people with competent yoga practices, beautiful posture and a greater sense of personal resilience, self-respect and a deeper self-awareness.
Jo has training in Advanced Anatomy, Trauma-Informed Training, Deconstruct to Reconstruct Training, Yin Yoga Teaching, Pregnancy & Post Natal Teacher Training, Sound Bath Healing & Yoga for Menopause.
