Jo, Holly, Steph and the team are all super respectful and make every class interesting with changing focus on philosophies and styles. I've been going to Jasmine Yoga regularly since early 2020. A peaceful place to practice yoga with respect for everyone's different abilities and needs. Amazing views over the bay. The classes are not limited to the standard schedule with one-off events and pop-up classes. Classes can be in the sailing club top room, on the roof when weather allows, or on the beach - it's a real treat watching dolphins afterwards!
We know joining your first class can be
